It depends. We make custom deals with every client, and we are flexible. We prefer to work on a performance-basis that includes a % of growth, so we have skin-in-the-game. But we also offer monthly payments if it is friendlier for margins or for other reasons.
We love working with in-house teams. Our hybrid approach involves consulting in-house teams to teach them our proprietary models & systems, as well as taking on tasks your team doesn’t have the bandwidth to execute.
